Align Your Energy with What Matters Most
Spring Is for You, Too- 3 Simple Tools to Realign with Your Core Values
Spring is the season of new life. Flowers bloom, the sun stays longer, and the world begins to wake up again. It’s also a time for you to bloom.
But maybe you don’t feel that way right now.
Maybe you feel disconnected, tired, or unsure about what you truly want.
If you’ve been saying:
-
“I don’t know what’s important to me anymore.”
-
“Work takes all my energy, but I don’t feel good about it.”
-
“I’m just going through the motions.”
You’re not alone.
Many women I work with feel this way, especially when their career doesn’t match their core values.
But here’s the good news:
You can realign. You can come home to what matters to you.
And it doesn’t need to be a big, dramatic change. Small steps are powerful.
Try This: 3 Simple Tools to Realign with Your Core Values
1. Name Your 3 Core Values
Take 5 quiet minutes. Ask yourself:
“What matters most to me right now in life and work?”
Examples could be: freedom, honesty, family, creativity, balance, impact.
Write them down. Put them where you can see them.
2. Check Your Energy
Look at your daily or weekly activities. Ask:
“Is this giving or draining my energy?”
Then ask:
“Does this support one of my core values?”
If it doesn’t, see if you can change it, shorten it, or say no next time.
3. Make a Tiny Shift
Choose one small action this week that brings you closer to your values.
For example:
-
If balance is a value → block 15 minutes just for yourself.
-
If connection matters → plan a coffee chat with someone who lifts you up.
-
If growth is a value → read or learn something new that excites you.
Remember this:
You don’t need to figure everything out today. But when your choices match your values, your energy becomes clearer and lighter.
You begin to feel like yourself again.
You’re allowed to grow slowly. You’re allowed to start fresh.
This season is for you, too 🌷
With care,
Rovena
